How can you Unearth the Possibilities with Nufarm?

Nufarm is seeking a Global Lead, Communications to join our Melbourne head office team in our global Marketing & Comms team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operationalising (and further evolving) the Communications Strategy to support Nufarm’s growth strategy.

The role will work across internal and external communications to ensure a consistent narrative is told that is relevant to our key audience groups of investors, employees, research partners and customers. The role requires a deeply experienced communicator, adept at supporting an integrated, global communications strategy and one used to working in complex, matrixed organisations to deliver quality, relevant and effective communications that meet the needs of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated global communications strategy to support Nufarm's strategic objectives.

• Manage internal and external communications to ensure a consistent narrative is told that is relevant to our key audience groups of investors, employees, research partners and customers. Key focus will be on connecting our employees to our strategy and future.

• Work with the regional communications leads to ensure a One Nufarm approach to communications.

• Work closely with the Global Lead, Digital Communications to deliver an on-brand communications program to connect with all key stakeholders.

• Partner with external agencies to deliver multi-channel content.

• Ensure consistent brand execution internally and externally.

• Take complex information and simplify it in a way that resonates with target audiences.

• Develop and implement process and procedures for continuous improvement.

• Ability to work at a strategic and tactical level to shape engagement with key audiences.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in communications, with a focus on developing and executing strategic communications plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Adept at supporting an integrated, global communications strategy.

• Experience in delivering quality, relevant and effective communications that meet the needs of stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and staff, as well as corporate teams to craft solutions focused on our highest priorities.
